Enter your mattress size — the app checks Civic trunk length (34–64" with seats up/down), width (43"), and pass-through options.
Whether it fits comes down to the measurements most people skip.
Real openings run about 1 to 2 inches under the labeled size, and a single inch can flip the result. Check your own measurements before you buy or move.

Frequently asked
Not flat in a standard configuration. With seats folded, the Civic offers about 64" of pass-through length, which is 11" shorter than a twin (75"). A thin foam twin could be bent slightly to angle from trunk through to the cabin. An innerspring twin will not fit inside a Civic sedan.
01Yes — the Civic hatchback has a wider liftgate opening (approximately 42" × 30") and 24.5 cu ft of cargo space vs. 14.8 cu ft for the sedan. With seats folded, the hatchback offers about 68" of cargo length. A thin twin mattress has a reasonable chance of fitting in the hatchback.
02A rolled foam twin (approximately 15" diameter × 38") fits in the Civic trunk without folding seats. A crib mattress (28" × 52") fits flat with seats folded. For anything larger, you need a different vehicle — rent a pickup truck for $20–40.
