The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ItemFits and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, store, and process your data (including chat conversations) to: • Provide and improve the service • Train and enhance our AI models • Perform service analytics and research • Develop new features and capabilities You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content without permission.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload or submit to our service, including chat conversations with our AI assistant.
