Four numbers decide nearly every fit check. Get these right and the rest follows.

  3. 03Liftgate opening width — at 40–48" wide, most SUV hatches accommodate the 62" box loaded at a slight angle or upright (8" depth fits through any opening)
  4. 04Upright orientation for the TV — the box should travel standing up (screen vertical) to avoid LCD pressure damage; this requires at least 38" of cargo height
