Four numbers decide nearly every fit check. Get these right and the rest follows.

  1. 01Camry trunk-only length (35") vs. seats-folded length (65") — the pass-through is essential for any mattress; trunk-only is too short even for a crib mattress
  2. 02Trunk pass-through height (approximately 20–22") — this narrow opening limits mattress thickness; a 14" pillow-top may not slide through easily
  3. 03Camry trunk width (44") vs. mattress width — a twin (38") fits through; a full (54") cannot fit through the trunk opening or pass-through
  4. 04Trunk opening size — the Camry trunk lid opening is approximately 38" wide × 18" tall, smaller than the interior trunk dimensions
