A standard BESTÅ TV unit is 180 cm wide, 40 cm deep, and 64 cm tall, or about 70.9 × 15.75 × 25.25 inches. Frames are also sold in 60 and 120 cm widths, and the depth is a constant 40 cm (15.75 in) — only 20 cm on the shallow TV frame.
BESTÅ depth and legs
Because the BESTÅ frame is only 40 cm (15.75 in) deep, it is rarely blocked at a doorway — width is the dimension to watch. Adding STUBBARP legs raises the height by about 10 cm (4 in), so a 64 cm frame becomes roughly 74 cm tall with legs.

- 04The clear opening of every space on the route, measured to the gap and not the frame, plus diagonal clearance at any turn.

What are the BESTÅ frame heights?
BESTÅ frames come in two standard heights: low at 38 cm (15 in) and tall at 64 cm (25¼ in). Adding STUBBARP or other legs raises total height by about 10 cm (4 in).
01How deep is a BESTÅ unit?
Standard BESTÅ frames are 40 cm (15¾ in) deep. The shallow TV frame is only 20 cm (7⅞ in) deep, which is the version to choose for tight rooms or hallway placement.
02Does BESTÅ come assembled?
No — BESTÅ ships flat-packed. The frame, doors, and shelves come in separate boxes, so the box length (about 76" for the 180 cm unit) is the real constraint for tight stairwell turns, not the assembled cabinet.
