Enter your TV size and window measurements — the app checks opening dimensions and orientation options for safe window delivery.
Whether a TV fits through a window depends on the TV size, window opening, and orientation. A 55" TV (~48" × 30") can pass vertically through a 30"+ window opening. A 65" TV (~58" × 33") needs a 34"+ opening vertically. A 75" TV (~66" × 38") requires a 39"+ opening.
TV height (vertical orientation: 30–38") vs. window opening width (sash removed)
Item: 55" TV: ~48" W × 30" H × 3" D. 65" TV: ~58" W × 33" H × 3" D. 75" TV: ~66" W × 38" H × 3" D
Space: Standard window (sash removed): 24–36" W × 36–60" H opening
Tip: Rotate the TV vertically — the height (30–38") is much narrower than the width (48–66") and is more likely to fit through the window opening.
Verdicts are calculated by comparing all 6 item orientations against the space dimensions using verified building code standards. See our methodology

A 65" TV is approximately 58" wide × 33" tall × 3" deep (without stand). Laid flat horizontally, it won't fit through a standard 24–36" wide window. However, rotated vertically (33" wide × 58" tall), it fits through a window opening at least 34" wide and 60" tall (sash removed).
Yes, with proper precautions. Keep the TV in its original box with foam protectors if possible. If unboxed, wrap the screen in a moving blanket and secure with tape (never tape directly on the screen). Two people are essential — one on each side of the window. Never grip the screen panel; hold the frame edges only.
A 30" wide window opening (sash removed) can accommodate a TV rotated vertically: a 55" TV is ~30" tall, so it fits through a 30"+ opening. A 65" TV is ~33" tall, which is too wide for a 30" opening even vertically. For windows under 33" wide, a 55" TV is the practical maximum.
It depends on the window size. The retail box adds 3–6 inches to every dimension. If the boxed TV fits through the opening, keep it in the box for maximum protection. If the box is too large, carefully remove the TV but keep the foam corner protectors attached and wrap the screen in a soft blanket.
Window delivery isn't a last resort — in some cities it's standard practice. Here's when removing a window is the best (or only) option for getting furniture inside.
Not all windows are big enough for furniture delivery. Here's how different window types compare — and which ones give you enough clearance.
